  • Manage a team of Associate Product Leads, guiding them through discovery and client engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related technical field
  • 4-8 years of management consulting experience at a top consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) OR 4-8 years of product management experience at a top technology company
  • Healthcare industry experience required (health systems, healthcare technology, or consulting with healthcare clients)
  • Proven track record of managing senior client relationships and presenting to executive audiences
  • Deep expertise with generative AI technologies, LLM-based applications, and prompt engineering
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams on technical product specifications
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing or mentoring junior team members
  • Able to work onsite in Palo Alto 3 days/week
