Requirements

Expert-level proficiency in AI-assisted software development (e.g., Claude, Cursor, etc);
5+ years of experience in professional full-stack or backend software development.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Ruby on Rails, Python, or Go.
Proven experience working with backend programming languages and familiarity with SQL, RDBMS (PostgreSQL preferred), and data warehousing solutions.
Experience with deploying and monitoring code on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Strong software engineering practices (e.g. coding, unit testing, code reviews, design documentation).
Strong debugging skills and experience solving complex technical problems.
Experience in leading large-scale projects while guiding and mentoring other developers.
