About the role

  • Lead commercial operations projects and processes, ensuring organization, prioritization and disciplined execution, connecting operational routines to the business's strategic priorities;
  • Structure, standardize and evolve end-to-end commercial processes, eliminating bottlenecks, increasing efficiency and bringing predictability and scale to the area’s day-to-day activities;
  • Manage the Commercial Training function, overseeing the development of learning paths and training programs for sales consultants, brokers, leadership and support areas, ensuring recurring and operation-applicable training;
  • Lead and develop the teams under your management, defining priorities, routines and KPIs, promoting autonomy, clarity of roles and high standards of execution;
  • Ensure organization, traceability and fluidity in relationships with brokers, leading contract management, document organization and operational support for commercial relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management or related fields;
  • Experience in commercial operations, projects and processes;
  • Experience structuring routines, indicators and operational governance;
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Differentials:
  • Experience with contract management and relationship with brokers or partners;
  • Experience in the supplemental health market (private health insurance);
