About the role

  • Monitor and manage incoming requests, serving as the interface with health insurance providers
  • Perform targeted analyses and actions for operational areas, as well as customer record updates, focusing on Qualicorp's relationship with health insurance providers
  • Support handling of requests received through the customer service/ombudsman area
  • Monitor and resolve internal and external email inquiries and requests
  • Participate in meetings with partners
