Lead business requirements gathering and ensure alignment with project goals.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document business processes, KPIs, and requirements.
Analyze current business processes and propose improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Perform business model and process analysis.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are translated into successful solutions.
Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements specifications and user stories.
Manage product backlog, participate in iteration and release planning, and actively engage in agile ceremonies to support continuous delivery and improvement.
Develop Requirements Management Plans and Traceability Matrixes to monitor and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that the delivered solution meets the defined requirements and business objectives.
Assist in training activities.
Demonstrate product owner skills.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
Sound knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices, demonstrated by practical experience in IT projects.
Solid AI experience.
Experience in requirements development and management in software development projects during the whole software development life cycle.
Ability to build collaborative relationships with clients and project team members.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience and willingness to work in an international/multicultural environment.
Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal).
Nice to have: PMI Professional in Business Analysis – PMI-PBA® or IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional – CBAP®.
Nice to have: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
