About the role
- Lead business requirements gathering and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document business processes, KPIs, and requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and propose improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Perform business model and process analysis.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are translated into successful solutions.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements specifications and user stories.
- Manage product backlog, participate in iteration and release planning, and actively engage in agile ceremonies to support continuous delivery and improvement.
- Develop Requirements Management Plans and Traceability Matrixes to monitor and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that the delivered solution meets the defined requirements and business objectives.
- Assist in training activities.
- Demonstrate product owner skills.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
- Sound knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices, demonstrated by practical experience in IT projects.
- Solid AI experience.
- Experience in requirements development and management in software development projects during the whole software development life cycle.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with clients and project team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience and willingness to work in an international/multicultural environment.
- Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal).
- Nice to have: PMI Professional in Business Analysis – PMI-PBA® or IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional – CBAP®.
- Nice to have: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
