About the role

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 7–8 BDRs to drive the outbound pipeline in the DACH region.
  • Deliver hands-on call coaching, live feedback, and structured role-plays to improve outreach quality and conversion rates.
  • Build scalable outbound programs across phone, email, and social media.
  • Work closely with sales leadership and Account Executives to align pipeline expectations and improve qualification metrics.
  • Partner with marketing to optimize lead flow, ICP alignment, and the effectiveness of demand-generation activities.
  • Ensure effective use of Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools (Salesloft/Outreach, Sales Navigator, Cognism, Lusha).
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and provide transparency into team activities and pipeline health.

Requirements

  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience leading BDR/SDR teams, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong outbound leadership skills: cold calling, enterprise prospecting, qualification methodologies, and structured coaching.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align BDR activities to broader commercial objectives.
  • Proficient with Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to succeed in a dynamic, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
