About the role
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential and existing VIP clients through calls, written communication, and internal CRM tools;
- Promote company products and services to high-value clients;
- Apply effective negotiation techniques to convert leads into long-term customers;
- Develop and implement initiatives to increase client satisfaction and retention;
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships as a trusted advisor;
- Monitor client activity and identify opportunities for growth and engagement;
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Arabic;
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field;
- Proven experience in the financial industry, preferably in sales, account management, or business development;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
- Result-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- High level of responsibility and professionalism when working with VIP clients.
