About the role

  • Plan and Execute Events: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of conferences, customer summits, partner events, industry trade shows, and board meetings.
  • Comprehensive Logistics Management: Own every detail of event logistics—from travel coordination, registration and attendee management, to marketing materials, equipment sourcing, booth logistics, shipping timelines, and more.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to align event strategy with business goals and maximize event ROI.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Source and manage relationships with external vendors, production teams, venues, and internal stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and ensure all timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Budget Ownership: Maintain event budgets, ensuring accurate tracking, cost control, and reconciliation. Proactively monitor expenses and adjust plans as needed.
  • Content & Brand Experience: Work closely with the marketing team to develop on-brand materials, signage, presentation templates, swag, and outbound motions. Ensure a cohesive and impactful event experience at every step.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Track and report on event performance metrics, including attendance, engagement, lead generation, and pipeline impact. Share insights and recommendations to improve future programs.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B event management, ideally in SaaS or tech
  • Demonstrated success planning and managing multi-event programs with measurable outcomes
  • Expertise in handling complex logistics with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and remain calm under pressure
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, and Google Suite
  • Willingness to travel for key events (approx. 10%)
  • Nice to Have Background in field marketing or executive programs
  • Understanding of demand generation and the B2B sales funnel
