Oversee Regional and Operational Managers to ensure delivery of high-quality, timely, and cost-effective disability and occupational health evaluation services to clients.
Ensure operational readiness, effective leadership, fiscal stewardship, budget management, and compliance with operational and contractual performance standards.
Support strategic growth and proactively prepare the workforce to meet current and future operational demands.
Ensure that contractual, operational, regulatory/compliance, and financial objectives are consistently achieved across all areas of service delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in Healthcare, Business, Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience overseeing and leading multiple teams, departments, and sites, including management of healthcare professionals.
Recent Project Management experience required.
Project management certification preferred (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar).
Ability to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation and any contractually required clearances.
