About the role

  • Lead local B2B activity: recruit, onboard and manage agency partners and local B2B Account Managers
  • Monitor day-to-day operations using application trackers and CRM to improve conversion
  • Ensure high-quality counselling and application support for B2C/student enrolment
  • Represent QS at recruitment fairs, school visits, workshops, and stakeholder events
  • Maintain accurate records for programs, scholarships, and ensure data quality in CRM
  • Provide market insight and feedback to inform strategy
  • Manage local operational budgets and report on ROI
  • Coordinate with regional B2C teams, global product and admissions teams
  • Any other duties that fall within the purpose and scope of the role

Requirements

  • Proven ability to set and deliver revenue and enrolment targets in international education
  • Experience managing agency networks or enrolment teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven leadership capability: team building and coaching
  • Strong project and programme management skills
  • Data literate; comfortable using CRM systems
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills
  • Knowledge of admissions and visa processes for key destinations is desirable
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; master’s degree is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel within the region
  • Fluency in English; additional regional languages advantageous
