About the role
- Lead and mentor a global team of Office Managers and Administrators
- Define and uphold consistent standards for workplace experience across all sites
- Manage global lease and co-working agreements
- Ensure all offices are compliant, well-maintained, and supportive of employee needs
- Oversee vendor and facilities contracts
- Champion a hospitality-first approach across all workplace functions
- Drive standards for meeting room setup and internal events
- Lead workplace DEIB efforts
- Regularly collect and review feedback on employee workplace satisfaction
- Train and develop Office Managers on hospitality principles
- Lead the Carbon Neutral strategy and track environmental KPIs
- Oversee compliance with health and safety standards
- Use smart building data to drive informed decision-making
- Project manage global office moves and refurbishments
- Collaborate with CPO and CFO to manage the Workplace budget
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in global workplace or facilities management
- Strong understanding of hospitality principles
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Skilled in using workplace analytics
- Experienced in managing leases, contracts, and vendor relationships
- Deep commitment to inclusion, wellbeing, sustainability, and accessible workplace design
