About the role
- Conduct a high volume of daily qualification calls to newly registered leads.
- Assess customer eligibility by gathering required business and company information.
- Ensure accurate documentation of call outcomes and customer details in the CRM.
- Maintain timely follow-ups according to the defined qualification process.
- Meet daily and monthly call targets and quality standards.
- Maintain a strong Average Time to First Touch, ensuring first contact is made within 1 hour, in line with SLA requirements.
- Achieve and maintain a Lead-to-Qualified Conversion Rate of over 50%.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle a high volume of calls daily.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to follow structured processes and SLAs.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and teamwork.
