About the role

  • Conduct a high volume of daily qualification calls to newly registered leads.
  • Assess customer eligibility by gathering required business and company information.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of call outcomes and customer details in the CRM.
  • Maintain timely follow-ups according to the defined qualification process.
  • Meet daily and monthly call targets and quality standards.
  • Maintain a strong Average Time to First Touch, ensuring first contact is made within 1 hour, in line with SLA requirements.
  • Achieve and maintain a Lead-to-Qualified Conversion Rate of over 50%.
