- You’ve personally generated partner-sourced ARR
- You think in pipeline, conversion, and deal size, not just relationships
- You already have trusted and activable relationships in our ecosystem
- Hyperscaler reps, partner managers, tech alliances: people you can call immediately
- You understand how hyperscaler reps are compensated, you know co-sell incentives and you can design true win-win mechanics
- You are a strong builder
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity
- You can create a structure from zero
- You prioritize ruthlessly
