About the role

  • Lead our Delivery and Project team, personally owning and managing our largest, most complex flagship programs.
  • Bridge the gap between high-level strategy and granular execution.
  • Set the roadmap for how we plan, govern, and measure delivery.
  • Design and implement a company-wide delivery framework (RACI, stage-gates, KPI trees).
  • Optimize our toolkit (Jira, Confluence, Notion) so data flows effortlessly from execution to reporting.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, with at least 3 years leading people.
  • A "Hands-on" Veteran: You have a proven track record of shipping complex, multi-stakeholder projects in client-facing environments.
  • Startup Grit: You don't need a 50-page manual to get started. You thrive in ambiguity and see "uncomfortable" as an opportunity to build something better.
  • Process Architect: You love a good KPI tree and know how to build capacity-planning models that actually work.
  • Consulting DNA: Experience in Program Management consulting is a major plus—especially if you’ve handled enterprise-level clients.
