About the role
- As a Product Manager at Qover, you will be at the heart of this exciting evolution. You will lead the charge for your product area, working within a dedicated, cross-functional team.
- You'll be accountable for deeply understanding customer problems and driving the solutions that deliver measurable impact.
- You will animate an empowered product duo or trio (Product Manager, Designer, Engineer) dedicated to a specific customer problem space within Qover's product portfolio.
- Your primary responsibility will be to deeply understand our users, identify impactful opportunities, and continuously deliver valuable, usable, feasible, and viable solutions that contribute directly to Qover's strategic objectives.
- Manage Data as a Product, transforming vast insurance data into a robust, scalable, and high-performance asset.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as either a Product Manager, Data engineer, Data Analytics in a technology-driven environment, ideally within a SaaS or Fintech company.
- Demonstrated ability to take a product from conception through launch and iteration, with a clear focus on customer and business outcomes.
- Comfort with SQL, data modeling concepts, and modern data stacks ( Looker, or similar).
- Proven experience applying modern product discovery techniques (e.g., customer interviewing, assumption mapping, prototyping, usability testing).
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working closely with engineering and data teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure product success.
- A passion for solving complex problems and a relentless curiosity about customer needs.
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Design).
