About the role
- Manage routine maintenance and reliability of critical building systems
- Participate in construction projects and facility upgrades
- Evaluate facility systems and infrastructure for improvements
- Serve as primary point of coordination for third-party service providers
- Ensure service level compliance through oversight and communication
- Perform corporate space planning and maintain accurate seating charts
- Support safety and environmental compliance programs
- Issue purchase orders, manage vendor invoices, and track spend
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities operations, maintenance, or project coordination in a technical environment
- Strong understanding of building systems and safety standards
- Experience evaluating new equipment and providing recommendations
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn and utilize maintenance management systems; AutoCAD experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Background in project management and ability to lead projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
