About the role

  • Drive the execution of programs and work directly with Hardware and Software Program Managers
  • Ensure close interaction and coordination between customer development teams and manufacturing operations
  • Successfully communicate internal assessment of program work to Account Managers and functional team managers/directors
  • Engage key stakeholders in Engineering, Software, Quality, Marketing, and Project Management during Product Release
  • Lead engineering teams from inside and outside the group
  • Ownership of a successful and timely technology development and production release
  • Improve the speed and predictability of software development through implementation of Best Practices and Lessons Learned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Engineering or related engineering field with a Masters in Business Administration
  • 12+ years’ experience in Program management, with at least 10+ years at an Automotive customer or Tier 1
  • 5+ years’ experience with Real-Time Operating System (RTOS)
  • 5+ years’ experience managing in an ASPICE Level 2 environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • Ability to coordinate discussions and action plans with internal engineering, support organizations, and business unit teams
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and SAP systems
  • Proven ability to influence and drive internal suppliers and customers and cross-functional teams without formal authority
