About the role
- Lead and manage the global ET support team, ET systems & security engineering team, and ET technical integrations across the US, UK, Australia, and Sri Lanka
- Oversee IT operations across global office networks, endpoints, and SaaS-based business systems
- Lead the Enterprise Technology program of projects and ensure delivery against planned objectives
- Manage vendor relationships for IT hardware, software, and security tools, ensuring contractual compliance and performance
- Lead the integration program & manager for acquired companies
- Lead Enterprise systems architecture, design, planning, and execution
- Ensure that ITIL-aligned support processes are maintained and audited, including change management, service delivery, and asset management & hygiene
- Govern and administer systems such as user directories, access controls, endpoint management, and SaaS systems
- Manage the Enterprise Technology budget, tracking global expenditure, and optimising SaaS subscriptions and vendor costs
- Oversee onboarding, training, development, and performance management across the ET team
- Lead the strategic planning and business alignment processes for ET
- Collaborate with internal security functions on SOC operations, logging, alerting & threat intelligence
- Lead incident response for ET systems
- Support audit readiness and IT risk management activities globally
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or related discipline
- Relevant certifications in ITIL, project management (e.g., PMP), or enterprise systems are advantageous
- Extensive experience in enterprise IT leadership roles, ideally within multi-national environments
- Proven track record managing globally distributed IT teams and vendors
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems architecture, IT procurement, and SaaS ecosystems
- Experience integrating IT operations and platforms post-acquisition
- Familiarity with ITIL service management practices and systems (e.g., CMDB, ITSM tools)
- Demonstrated budget management, contract negotiation, and performance reporting experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong personal organisation and planning ability, including managing multiple concurrent initiatives
