About the role
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Resolve any client issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Support to new merchants in onboarding, account creation and activation via phone, chat and email
- Assistance in the inputting and verification of required documentation
- Explain the products and services offered for their optimal use
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Monitor and manage the accounts receivable portfolio, proactively identifying and resolving collection issues
- Document procedures and flows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
