• Consulenza: mostrare come Qomodo aumenti il ticket il medio della propria attività, fidelizzando i clienti e attirandone di nuovi.
• Gestione area: agire come referente regionale per lo sviluppo del portafoglio clienti.

• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests
• Resolve any client issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Support to new merchants in onboarding, account creation and activation via phone, chat and email
• Assistance in the inputting and verification of required documentation
• Explain the products and services offered for their optimal use
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Monitor and manage the accounts receivable portfolio, proactively identifying and resolving collection issues
• Document procedures and flows
