• Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks that ensure the quality and reliability of Qohash products.
• Conduct end-to-end, API, and local application testing, supporting manual testing where necessary.
• Own the setup and maintenance of test environments.
• Drive defect identification, prevention, and resolution strategies.
• Collaborate with Engineering and DevOps to continuously improve CI/CD pipelines through automation and performance testing.
• Identify gaps, propose solutions, and lead improvements to QA processes across the organization.
• Proactively communicate risks related to tools, technology, or testing processes as they arise.

Controller

• Own the month-end and quarter-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting under ASPE.
• Build scalable accounting processes to support rapid growth by implementing best practices and automation wherever possible.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and expense management, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Manage external relationships with auditors and tax advisors.
• Oversee corporate income tax returns and sales tax returns in different jurisdictions.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with evolving regulations and investor expectations.
• Maintain detailed records of compensation adjustments and track variable pay components such as commissions and bonuses, in accordance with company policies.
• Provide financial documentation and analysis to support grant applications and fundraising initiatives.
• Support the operations team in vendor management, and other ad-hoc projects.
