About the role
- Work with customers to understand their cloud consumption and identify optimization opportunities
- Develop and deliver cloud spend reports to customers
- Build and improve cloud spend reporting tools and processes
- Support FinOps and Managed Services teams with cloud spend analysis and optimisation insights
- Support the invoicing process by verifying cloud spend data and maintaining automated processes
- Provide cloud spend analysis reports and optimisation insights on customer projects
- Help sales with cloud spend forecasts and optimisation opportunities for Cloud Commitment contracting
- Stay up-to-date on cloud pricing and consumption trends
- Collaborate closely with FinOps Consultants and other business teams
Requirements
- Experience in cloud spend analysis or FinOps
- Experience in a data analyst or data engineer role
- Good understanding of cloud services and their pricing and consumption models (GCP - must have, AWS - nice to have, Azure - nice to have)
- Excellent data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
