About the role

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Wealth Management digital offerings (Mutual Funds, Portfolio Services, Advisory, Insurance, etc.).
  • Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle—from discovery and requirements gathering to launch, adoption, and optimization.
  • Identify emerging trends in wealth products, investment platforms, and fraud management technologies.
  • Develop and enhance wealth management capabilities including onboarding, KYC, investment journeys, advisory tools, and customer reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design seamless investment flows aligned with regulatory norms (SEBI, RBI, IRDAI, AML guidelines).
  • Drive integration with custodians, exchanges, fund houses, and portfolio managers.
  • Build, refine, and maintain fraud prevention and detection frameworks across wealth management journeys.
  • Partner with Fraud Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to implement risk-based authentication, transaction monitoring, and anomaly detection features.
  • Oversee product requirements for cheque-related modules (cheque clearing, CTS/ICS, returns, stop payment flows, risk scoring, signature verification).
  • Ensure process-level controls to minimize operational, transaction, and compliance risks.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Data teams to deliver product features on schedule.
  • Translate business needs into clear BRDs/PRDs, user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications.
  • Coordinate with vendors, fintech partners, and external platforms for integrations and co-development.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in Product Management within Wealth Management / Retail Banking / Digital Banking.
  • Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, Investment Advisory, Portfolio Management, Insurance products.
  • Hands-on experience in Fraud Prevention, Transaction Monitoring, Risk Scoring, and Cheque Processing (CTS).
  • Deep understanding of regulatory guidelines (RBI, SEBI, KYC/AML).
  • Ability to write detailed BRDs/PRDs, process flows, and UAT scenarios.
  • Experience working with digital platforms, APIs, and backend systems.
  • Familiarity with fraud detection tools, RPA, workflow engines, and transaction control systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, dashboards, and product performance metrics.
