Requirements

- 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
- Strong understanding of business processes and system architecture
- Experience with requirement gathering and documentation (BRD/FRD)
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Visio, or similar
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- - Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- - Familiarity with data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- - Experience with APIs, integrations, or database systems
- - Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA
