About the role

  • Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support teams working on API development, microservices, and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of API-based solutions.
  • Remove impediments and help teams stay focused on Sprint goals and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor team performance, velocity, and Agile metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation for API and integration projects.
  • Promote Agile best practices, transparency, and collaboration across teams.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to manage dependencies in complex integration environments.

Requirements

  • 14+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
  • Strong experience working with API development, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
  • Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional distributed teams.
