About the role

Drive delivery workflows for Infrastructure and Security teams by ensuring Jira boards are updated, dependencies are mapped, and documentation in Confluence remains current.
Coordinate enterprise patch cycles end‑to‑end, ensuring deadlines, maintenance windows, and progress are clearly communicated and tracked.
Manage the vulnerability remediation pipeline—monitor aging items, confirm ownership, and ensure mitigation steps are documented.
Facilitate blameless postmortems after incidents, capture clear action items, and ensure follow‑through.
Provide timely, concise internal updates during active incidents, maintenance activities, or operational escalations.

3+ years of project coordination or technical program management experience within IT Operations, Infrastructure, or similar technical fields.
Strong technical literacy across servers, patching, cloud environments, networking, and general operational workflows.
Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project boards, documentation, and reporting.
Exceptional organization skills with a detail‑driven, process‑first mindset.
Ability to distill complex technical updates into clear, actionable communications for internal stakeholders.
Experience working in large or matrixed environments.
Familiarity with IT change‑management frameworks.
Experience using Smartsheet, Slack, or Google Workspace for operational tracking.
