Build, modify, and document ResWare action workflows based on state, county, and client requirements.
Create, manage, and maintain ResWare action lists and document templates.
Work closely with IT professionals to maintain and optimize system performance.
Collaborate with third-party vendors and support teams (including Qualia as needed).
Train and support internal staff to ensure accurate and efficient use of ResWare.
Configure new clients and product types within the system.
Develop and maintain custom integrations and XML document mapping.
Manage internal and external portal access, permissions, and role rights.
Map title premiums, underwriting documents, and rate structures.
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary.
Support pre-sales demonstrations and assist in project scoping and proposal development.
Create and manage project plans to ensure timely, successful implementations.
Coordinate cross-department activities to ensure smooth deployments and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Previous experience as a ResWare Administrator is required.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
Basic understanding of network infrastructure (switching & routing) is a plus.
SQL experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience considered.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
