About the role

  • Lead and support Salesforce implementations and migrations from one org to another.
  • Work hands-on with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL to build and customize Salesforce solutions.
  • Perform data migration, validation, and post-migration support.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce designs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues across environments.
  • Support integrations with third-party systems where required.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce platform with hands-on development experience.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce org migrations or large-scale implementations.
  • Hands-on expertise in Apex scripting and related Salesforce development tools.
  • Ability to work at a technical depth and “get hands dirty” when needed.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, etc.).
  • Salesforce certifications (Developer, Platform App Builder, Architect).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
