About the role
- Architect /Functional Consultant/Senior Product Manager – Credit Card & Rewards
- Location: Pittsburgh, PA, or Cleveland, OH
- Here are the skill sets required:
- Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end solutions for credit card processing, rewards management, and partner integrations (e.g., Visa/Mastercard, loyalty networks).
- Functional Expertise: Analyze business requirements for card issuance, transaction processing, fraud detection, billing, and rewards redemption. Familiarity with rewards program mechanics (points, miles, cashback, merchant-funded rewards).
- System Integration: Lead integrations between core banking systems, card processors, CRM, and third-party rewards platforms.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to PCI-DSS, AML, and regulatory standards (e.g., Reg Z, UDAAP) in card and rewards program design.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with product managers, IT teams, and vendors to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Innovation: Propose enhancements for customer engagement (e.g., dynamic rewards, personalized offers, API-driven partnerships).
- Troubleshooting: Resolve complex issues in authorization, settlement, points accrual, and reconciliation processes.
- Good to have: Hands-on experience with card processors (FIS, TSYS), Rewards engines (Fiserv, Epsilon), core banking systems & payment gateways.
