About the role

  • Deliver successful sales results to achieve business targets
  • Execute and implement sales activities including value selling, product promotion, key account management, complaint handling, technical issue resolution, price negotiation, and demand forecast accuracy management
  • Identify impactful new business opportunities for existing and new product lines by engaging potential customers at all levels and driving opportunities to rapid success
  • Build long‑term, strong partnerships with key accounts, developing trusted relationships at all organizational levels
  • Work closely with regional cross‑functional teams and customers to ensure effective communication that supports business growth in Thailand
  • Represent the company professionally during frequent travel to Thailand for customer visits, sales activities, technical discussions, and regional team coordination

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry/Science, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration/Marketing/Art, or equivalent
  • Experience in the PCB or FPC industry is a plus
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Mandarin language ability is preferred
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a regional team
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capability and initiative to propose effective solutions
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time, especially to Thailand, to support customer engagements and business activities.
