About the role
- Deliver successful sales results to achieve business targets
- Execute and implement sales activities including value selling, product promotion, key account management, complaint handling, technical issue resolution, price negotiation, and demand forecast accuracy management
- Identify impactful new business opportunities for existing and new product lines by engaging potential customers at all levels and driving opportunities to rapid success
- Build long‑term, strong partnerships with key accounts, developing trusted relationships at all organizational levels
- Work closely with regional cross‑functional teams and customers to ensure effective communication that supports business growth in Thailand
- Represent the company professionally during frequent travel to Thailand for customer visits, sales activities, technical discussions, and regional team coordination
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry/Science, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration/Marketing/Art, or equivalent
- Experience in the PCB or FPC industry is a plus
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Mandarin language ability is preferred
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a regional team
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capability and initiative to propose effective solutions
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time, especially to Thailand, to support customer engagements and business activities.
