About the role
- Develops expertise in current and emerging regulations impacting Qnity’s business and executes action plans aligned with strategic objectives.
- Supports Product Stewardship Risk Reviews for new and existing products and applications, ensuring timely completion of action items.
- Collaborates with adjacent PS&R teams and subject matter experts to align guidance and regulatory compliance strategies.
- Partners with business, legal, and regulatory teams to facilitate regulatory submissions.
- Delivers tailored responses to customer PS&R inquiries, balancing transparency with protection of proprietary information.
- Engages with senior team members to deepen understanding of PS&R issues.
- Communicates product composition, properties, usage hazards, risk management measures, and regulatory compliance status to internal stakeholders.
- Independently partners with internal business stakeholders to set priorities and act with urgency to address their requirements.
- Introduces fresh perspectives to business engagement and demonstrates a willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Monitors and reports on key PS&R performance metrics.
- Consistently demonstrates Qnity values in all activities.
Requirements
- Must be a US or Group B citizen able to access Export Controlled Technology
- BA/BS/MS degree in science (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Toxicology) or Engineering
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft® Office applications and ability to manage and manipulate data in spreadsheets, databases, and websites
- Experience navigating SharePoint sites is preferable
- SAP experience is preferable
- Experience with Qnity Electronics businesses and processes is preferable
- 2 to 3+ years of experience
