About the role
- Responsible for establishing the country’s sales & development plan and handling daily sales operations to achieve and exceed Kalrez® sales revenue
- Develop key account strategies and own the execution to achieve both short-term sales objectives and longer-term account growth aspirations
- Strengthen key account customer intimacy through building strong customer relationships at multi-level to ensure Kalrez® maintains the top preferred strategic supplier position
- Manage channel partners including distributors, resellers or logistic providers
- Set annual goals and manage distributor performance through regular review process, on-site visits, their capability audits, etc.
- Develop new opportunities with channel partners together to build robust project pipelines and drive progress of the development projects
- Work closely with cross-region global account managers and supporting functional teams to implement global/regional key account strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in polymer science, chemicals or electronics engineering
- At least 5 years’ working experience in sales or business development function in the electronics industry
- Technical experience and knowledge of equipment engineering for semiconductors is preferred
- Expertise in ETCH and CVD process is a plus
- Demonstrated independent project management skills
- Good business acumen for market dynamics and new idea generation
- Solid skill in market assessment, gaining market insights, can apply/upgrade professional marketing methodologies and techniques
- Proficient communication skills with both external customers and internal cross-functional/ regional teams
- Good English and Mandarin skill both in writing and speaking
- Be able to travel at least 50% of the time
