About the role
- Responsible for the operational management and coordination of business and launch activities in Germany across Marketing, Sales and Medical
- Translating global launch and corporate strategies into concrete, actionable measures for the German market, including post-launch activities
- Close collaboration with Business Units and Medical to consolidate commercial, marketing and medical activities
- Central governance role as the operational point of contact for cross-functional issues, with consistent follow-up on tasks and outcomes
- Establishing and leveraging KPIs, business analytics and omnichannel approaches for continuous performance monitoring and optimization
- Leading a three-person team and working closely with executive management as a central operational-strategic sparring partner
Requirements
- Degree in natural sciences, pharmacy, medicine, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a senior role within the pharmaceutical environment, e.g., as Marketing Director, Business Unit Director or in a comparable function
- Demonstrated experience in successfully planning and executing product launches in the German market
- Strong operational capability, high assertiveness and a clear position with a strong focus on implementation, as well as resilience and empathy in stakeholder management
