• Responsible for the operational management and coordination of business and launch activities in Germany across Marketing, Sales and Medical
• Translating global launch and corporate strategies into concrete, actionable measures for the German market, including post-launch activities
• Close collaboration with Business Units and Medical to consolidate commercial, marketing and medical activities
• Central governance role as the operational point of contact for cross-functional issues, with consistent follow-up on tasks and outcomes
• Establishing and leveraging KPIs, business analytics and omnichannel approaches for continuous performance monitoring and optimization
• Leading a three-person team and working closely with executive management as a central operational-strategic sparring partner

Business & Launch Excellence Director

• Responsibility for sales and business results in Germany, including overseeing sales activities, budget management and achievement of KPIs
