Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate degree in IT;
Technical expertise in PeopleSoft and PeopleTools;
6 years of experience in the field with employment recorded in CTPS (Brazilian work booklet) or under PJ (contractor) agreements;
Proven, solid experience in development and support on the PeopleSoft HCM 9.x platform;
Advanced proficiency in PeopleCode, including development, debugging, code optimization, and the use of Application Packages and Component Interfaces;
Strong command of PeopleTools, notably Application Designer, Application Engine, and Data Mover;
Experience with Integration Broker for implementing and consuming web services (REST/SOAP APIs) and other integrations;
Advanced SQL knowledge, including developing complex queries, performance optimization, and a deep understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll data model;
Specific functional and legal knowledge for Brazil;
In-depth technical and functional knowledge of Global Payroll for Brazil and Core HCM (Personnel Administration);
Hands-on experience customizing and maintaining business rules to ensure strict compliance with Brazilian labor legislation (CLT);
Established experience and proficiency in technical and functional eSocial requirements (events, tables, and transmission/compliance processes);
Experience developing and supporting payroll routines such as 13th salary, vacation pay, terminations, and monthly closing processes;
Experience with PeopleSoft reporting tools (SQR, BI Publisher, Query Manager);
Knowledge or experience with other PeopleSoft HCM modules, such as Time and Labor or Absence.
