Conduct market mapping and active sourcing of candidates for strategic positions using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
Support resume screening and conduct initial cultural and technical alignment interviews
Schedule complex interviews with managers and directors, ensuring the best experience for candidates and leadership
Maintain close, high-quality communication with candidates and clients, providing regular updates on the process
Assist in preparing reports and presentation materials to track selection processes
Act in a consultative manner
Create and advertise job openings on the most appropriate channels and platforms for each profile
Manage the entire recruitment cycle: screening, competency-based interviews, administering tests and group activities
Ensure constructive feedback is provided to all candidate participants
Support the onboarding and integration process of new employees at our clients
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Recruitment and Selection, especially for technology roles, with experience in the full recruitment cycle (from alignment to offer)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong organizational skills, time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Proactive, curious, and highly motivated to learn and grow in the field
Experience with an ATS platform (Gupy, Kenoby, Workday, etc.)
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and active candidate search
