About the role

  • Build a €XM qualified MSSP pipeline (expansion + net new)
  • Deliver a structured expansion plan for at least two existing lighthouse MSSPs
  • Open executive-level conversations with at least one tier-1 MSSP
  • Drive measurable expansion revenue within existing partner(s)
  • Establish at least two MSSPs on a 5x ARR expansion trajectory with an active joint business plan
  • Convert 2-3 net-new tier-1 MSSPs into signed strategic partners
  • Shorten sales cycles through structured business case and executive alignment

Requirements

  • You deeply understand how MSSPs make money: margin structure, bundling, service monetisation
  • You translate product capability into measurable partner P&L impact
  • You create structured joint business plans, not opportunistic deals
  • You build pipeline proactively and consistently
  • You operate comfortably at CEO/CRO level
  • You can: Turn an existing MSSP into a multi-million-euro regional partner
  • Open and close tier-1 MSSPs in EMEA through executive access and disciplined strategy
  • Build and defend financial justification cases tied to partner economics
  • Align internal stakeholders around complex opportunities
  • Operate with urgency and accountability in a scaling environment
