About the role
- Responsibility for smooth HR processes across the DACH region
- Active role in establishing the Shared Service Center in Görlitz
- Point of contact for employees, managers and executive leadership
- Support for transformation projects
- Preparation and processing of contract adjustments
- Responsible for maintaining and managing both digital and physical personnel files
- Monthly pre- and post-processing of payroll
- Preparation of reports and statistics
- Recruiting at the Görlitz site and coordination of interviews
Requirements
- Solid experience in generalist HR administration
- Familiarity with common HR tools
- Strong interpersonal sense and empathy
- Sound knowledge of labor and tax law
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-initiated and quick to take on new topics
- High focus on service quality
- Very good German skills (C1)
- Professional communication skills
