About the role
- Build and standardize HR core processes across multiple countries: Onboarding + Offboarding Employee lifecycle management
- Contract & document management
- Design clear workflows, checklists, templates and standards
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all HR operations topics
- Ensure clean, traceable and audit-ready HR documentation
- Ensure labor law compliance and proper HR documentation across all countries
- Maintain compliant personnel files and records
- Support audits and internal controls
- Build HR operations infrastructure from scratch
- Define future HR system architecture
- Evaluate, select and support implementation of new HR tools
- Develop scalable processes before and during digitalization
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations ideally in startups or scale-ups
- Strong process and system mindset
- Builder mentality; comfortable working from a blank page
- Highly structured, detail-oriented and reliable
- Experience building SOPs, templates and HR operations standards
- Experience with HRIS implementations or tool evaluations is a must have
