About the role
- Work side-by-side with the CEO, accelerating everything from product decisions to team alignment to external relationships
- Spot problems before anyone else does, remove blockers, and ensure we’re always pointed toward the highest-leverage outcomes
- Run OKRs, planning cycles, and cross-team execution like a machine
- Help the CEO focus on the highest-impact work
- Own mission-critical projects that don’t cleanly fit inside any department
- Drive product, engineering, or GTM research and initiatives
- Fix fragile systems, create new ones, and streamline how Qdrant operates
- Improve hiring funnels, onboarding, communication rhythms, and cross-team transparency
- Craft world-class materials: investor decks, board updates, strategic briefs
Requirements
- 4–8+ years in strategy, operations, product, consulting, or startup leadership
- Comfortable around technical topics: AI, databases, vector search, and developer tooling
- A high-agency operator who doesn’t wait for instructions — you move
- A strategic thinker who can take chaos and turn it into clarity
- A clean communicator with writing so sharp it could cut steel
- A bias-for-action builder who ships fast and iterates even quicker
- Bonus points if you’ve been a founder, early at a devtools or infra startup, close to GTM and product decisions, or the person people trust to “just figure it out”
