About the role
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
- Develop and implement strategic territory business plans aligned with company objectives
- Prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities
- Manage and expand relationships with existing accounts to increase product adoption and revenue growth
- Serve as the primary contact for healthcare providers, clinics, and key stakeholders in the territory
- Conduct sales calls, product presentations, and follow-up visits to drive adoption
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM software
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred)
- 1-2 years of successful sales experience, ideally in medical devices, healthcare, or B2B sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
