About the role
- Influence senior leaders on leveraging framework to simplify processes
- Enable team members to contribute to business unit strategy discussions related to process simplification
- Ensure alignment with senior leaders on focus areas and priorities
- Drive awareness and adoption of core capabilities and services among senior leaders
- Ensure compliance with legislation, industry codes, and company policies
- Initiate and capitalize on best practices and innovations
- Complete all required advice and compliance training successfully
- Drive continuous business process improvement aligned with business unit KPIs
- Encourage team members to demonstrate company values and core capabilities
- Manage operational and organisational design effectively
Requirements
- Moderate relevant experience
- Moderate experience managing or leading others
- Practiced in building and improving business processes
- Strong operational and service background
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
