About the role
- Develop and deploy applications that use LLMs (e.g., chatbots, document analyzers, code generators)
- Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs using custom datasets
- Implement RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), agents, or multi-step reasoning workflows
- Integrate GenAI pipelines into production systems using MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Azure ML, Databricks)
- Build and monitor inference APIs with performance and cost considerations
- Ensure responsible AI practices, including model explainability, bias mitigation, and security
Requirements
- Bachelor to Postgraduate Degree in a Quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related disciplines
- Experience in producing insights from large datasets
- Analytics experience with R, Python, Spark
- Collaborative programming project experience
- Comfortable in a Linux environment
