- Lead and implement change management strategies for enterprise-wide transformation programs
- Develop compelling communications and content for organisational change initiatives
- Drive stakeholder engagement and onboarding for data and AI transformation projects
- Design and deliver training programs to support adoption of new processes and policies
- Assess change impacts, manage risks, and ensure compliance with global standards
- Mentor and support team members to achieve business objectives
- Continuously improve change methodologies and leverage technology to enhance engagement
Requirements
- Proven track record in leading complex change management initiatives across global organizations
- Strong background in driving delivery of AI products and solutions into large complex organisations
- Expertise in agile methodologies with experience delivering change programs across multiple countries
- Ability to leverage data and insights to build persuasive business cases and demonstrate return on investment
- Skilled at using technology to drive engagement and accelerate adoption of change
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with people leadership experience preferred.
