About the role
- You will support operational HR management, in particular by preparing employment contracts, reference letters and time records.
- You will act as a point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- You will take on administrative tasks, such as managing certification and documentation processes.
- You will prepare the payroll and salary review process, including administration of benefits such as company bike leasing (JobRad), employee benefit cards and company pension schemes.
- You will handle regulatory topics, for example updating procedural instructions.
- You will contribute actively to the implementation of a time tracking system.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a Personnel Clerk (Personalkaufmann/-frau, IHK) or a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration with a focus on HR (or HR controlling)
- Relevant professional experience in administrative HR work at a large or medium-sized company, with exposure to Controlling
- Knowledge of labor law, payroll tax law and social security regulations
- Confident user of SAP (especially SAP HCM) and strong system affinity
- Conscientious, independent working style and strong communication skills
- Very good MS Office skills, particularly Word and Excel (PivotTables)
- Business-fluent German, written and spoken (C2)
