About the role

  • Provide telephone and written support to DKB
  • Respond to and coordinate all inquiries related to qards' service scope
  • Analyze (new) requirements and liaise with the relevant departments
  • Prepare proposals, decision papers, and contract amendments
  • Facilitate customer meetings and workshops
  • Develop and implement new processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Participate in cross-departmental projects

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training and several years of professional experience in the payments or banking sector, or in B2B customer support in similar industries
  • Strong customer- and service-orientation, with a friendly, articulate and confident manner
  • Experience in process and quality management, combined with solid technical understanding and strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Structured and independent working style
  • IT affinity and experience in project work
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Business-fluent German and good command of English
