About the role
- Provide telephone and written advisory support to DKB and respond to and coordinate all inquiries within qards’ service scope (e.g., fraud prevention and claims management, IT, complaints, regulatory matters, etc.)
- Analyze (new) customer requirements and coordinate with the relevant internal specialist departments
- Prepare proposals, decision papers and contract amendments in close cooperation with specialist teams and the legal department
- Facilitate customer meetings and workshops and prepare and document outcomes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and identify and implement improvement opportunities
- Provide subject-matter expertise in cross-departmental projects.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training and several years of professional experience in the payments or banking sector, or in B2B customer support in similar industries
- Strong customer- and service-orientation, with a friendly, articulate and confident manner
- Experience in process and quality management combined with good technical understanding and strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Structured and independent way of working
- IT affinity and experience working on projects
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Business-fluent German and good English skills
