About the role
- Telephone and written advisory support for DKB
- Responding to and coordinating all inquiries within qards' service scope (e.g., prevention and complaints management, IT, complaints, regulatory matters, etc.)
- Analyzing (new) requirements from our client and aligning them with the relevant specialist departments
- Preparing proposals, decision papers and contract amendments in close collaboration with specialist departments and the legal team
- Leading customer meetings and workshops and preparing documented outcomes
- Contributing to the development and implementation of new processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training and several years of professional experience in payments or banking, or in B2B customer support in related industries
- Strong customer and service orientation with a friendly, articulate and confident manner
- Experience in process and quality management combined with solid technical understanding and strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Structured and independent working style
- IT affinity and experience working on projects
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Business-fluent German and good English skills
