About the role

  • Telephone and written advisory support for DKB
  • Responding to and coordinating all inquiries within qards' service scope (e.g., prevention and complaints management, IT, complaints, regulatory matters, etc.)
  • Analyzing (new) requirements from our client and aligning them with the relevant specialist departments
  • Preparing proposals, decision papers and contract amendments in close collaboration with specialist departments and the legal team
  • Leading customer meetings and workshops and preparing documented outcomes
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of new processes and identifying opportunities for improvement

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training and several years of professional experience in payments or banking, or in B2B customer support in related industries
  • Strong customer and service orientation with a friendly, articulate and confident manner
  • Experience in process and quality management combined with solid technical understanding and strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Structured and independent working style
  • IT affinity and experience working on projects
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Business-fluent German and good English skills
