Chief Technology Officer

• Build the technological foundation of Q-Fraud and lead it long-term
• Work closely with the CEO and QAI Ventures to validate the technical hypothesis, define the architecture, and implement the first PoC with a real-world partner
• Lead the technical team and be responsible for product technology, shaping the company’s strategy together with the CEO
• Technical problem definition and hypothesis structuring: What exactly does Q-Fraud solve, on what scientific foundation, and with what measurable differentiation
• Evaluation and development of the technological unique selling proposition: quantum-inspired approaches, algorithmic differentiation, patentability
• Assess Technology Readiness Levels and derive realistic development paths
• Co-design and implement the first technical prototype and PoC system—hands-on, not delegated
• Setup and manage test environments and sandbox systems for collaboration with partners
• Responsibility for investment and PoC readiness from a technical perspective
• Explain complex technological issues to non-technical investors, partners, and customers in an understandable way without losing substance
• Building credibility with scientific and technological partners in the APAC region

• You will run QAI's venture-building practice hands-on: from opportunity sourcing and company creation to the moment a venture is ready for our Investment Committee.
• Build companies, set up founding teams, design financing structures, and ensure every case that reaches IC is fund-ready.
• Coordinate with fund team, science & technology platform, corporate operations, marketing, and international offices.
• Delivery of venture-building methodology developed for APAC.
