💰 $130,000 - $140,000 per year

About the role

  • Plan, launch, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across search, display, social, and ABM channels
  • Manage day-to-day execution of paid search (SEM) and paid social programs across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
  • Test new channels and emerging digital formats to expand reach and improve ROI
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Field Marketing to align digital campaigns with product launches, events, and industry initiatives
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics—traffic, engagement, MQLs, and conversions—to continually improve results
  • Optimize campaigns for performance using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative iteration
  • Partner with Analytics to ensure accurate attribution, reporting, and insights that inform strategy and budget decisions
  • Support the development and execution of Account-Based Marketing programs in partnership with Sales and the Digital Marketing Director
  • Ensure website landing pages and campaign experiences are optimized for lead generation and conversion
  • Maintain a strong understanding of SEO and AEO (AI Engine Optimization) best practices to enhance organic visibility

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B software/SaaS
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid media platforms
  • Previous experience in creating ABM strategies, tools, and data-driven targeting
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance metrics and dashboards
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Curiosity and passion for testing new digital tools, channels, and AI-driven opportunities
  • Experience with manufacturing or vertical/industry marketing is a plus.
