About the role
- Plan, launch, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across search, display, social, and ABM channels
- Manage day-to-day execution of paid search (SEM) and paid social programs across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
- Test new channels and emerging digital formats to expand reach and improve ROI
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Field Marketing to align digital campaigns with product launches, events, and industry initiatives
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics—traffic, engagement, MQLs, and conversions—to continually improve results
- Optimize campaigns for performance using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative iteration
- Partner with Analytics to ensure accurate attribution, reporting, and insights that inform strategy and budget decisions
- Support the development and execution of Account-Based Marketing programs in partnership with Sales and the Digital Marketing Director
- Ensure website landing pages and campaign experiences are optimized for lead generation and conversion
- Maintain a strong understanding of SEO and AEO (AI Engine Optimization) best practices to enhance organic visibility
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B software/SaaS
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid media platforms
- Previous experience in creating ABM strategies, tools, and data-driven targeting
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance metrics and dashboards
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Curiosity and passion for testing new digital tools, channels, and AI-driven opportunities
- Experience with manufacturing or vertical/industry marketing is a plus.
